The following table will show you how much memory you need for each resolution and color depth.

To change the memory that LINKS LS is allowed to use, you must first have Links LS installed on your hard drive. Open up your hard drive, open the Links LS folder, click on the Links LS icon and then push CMD-I. Change the minimum and preferred memory size to the number above matching what your system is set up. If your resolution is not set on one of these numbers, use the next lowest. For example, if your monitor is using 832x624 resolution, choose 800x600.
Links LS will not run in any resolution higher than 1600x1200.
Links LS 1.1.1 now supports 640x480 resolution.
Version1.1.1 includes a fix for various statistics problems.
Links LS doesn't use the full screen. What am I doing wrong?
If Links LS is not filling your entire screen, you are not in one of the exact resolutions that is listed above. If you are not in one of these resolutions, Links LS will use the next smallest size and adjust the screen to fit accordingly. To make Links LS fill up the entire screen, go to Control Panels and select Monitor. Here you can change the resolution and color depth to your preference. Make sure you have enough memory to support the resolution and colors you put your monitor in!
